I have been working as a complementary therapist for twenty five years. I moved to Rustington in 2020 where I now have a designated therapy space in my garden room. 

 

I spent 12 years working at Croydon University Hospital and 13 years working at South East Cancer Help Centre offering Reflexology to cancer patients and their carers, along with running my own private practice.

I became interested in complementary therapies many years ago. In my personal life, my family and I have been confronted by conditions that conventional medicine could not help.

I turned to complementary therapies and was impressed by the impact that they had.

I know there are a lot of people out there, who are desperate for help with the problems they are facing. They need someone to listen and understand what they are going through and need something to compliment conventional medicine and speed up the body's own natural healing process.

I believe complimentary therapies may aid the body to heal itself and bring back balance and harmony within the mind, body and spirit.
